These terms govern the use of themcsystemgroup.com and the services provided by The MC System Group, LLC.
The MC System Group, LLC sends SMS messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages include replies to your inquiry, project updates, appointment reminders and information about services you requested.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website or by providing express written consent through another channel. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and project. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. The MC System Group, LLC does not charge for the messages themselves.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Pricing published on this website reflects standard project scope. Scope for each project is confirmed in writing on the invoice before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Website timelines begin when the completed intake form and required content are received, not when payment is made. Stated timelines assume reasonable responsiveness from the client.
Thirty (30) days of revisions are included from the date work is delivered. Revisions cover edits to what was built — copy changes, image replacement, and color or layout adjustments. New pages, new design concepts or changes in direction are new work and are quoted separately. Changes requested after the 30-day window are billable.
On final payment, the client owns the delivered design files and website build. Domains are registered in the client's name, and hosting accounts are created under the client's own credentials. Administrative access granted to The MC System Group, LLC may be revoked by the client at any time.
Print design files are prepared for ordering through the Vistaprint Pro shop, and shop access is provided with each design. The MC System Group, LLC does not print, ship or fulfill orders and is not responsible for print quality, production time, shipping or any dispute arising from an order placed with a print vendor.
The MC System Group, LLC does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volume or lead volume from any website. Website builds include technical search foundations only.
Hosting is not included in website pricing and is not billed by The MC System Group, LLC. Hosting accounts are held by the client with a third-party provider and are subject to that provider's terms, pricing and usage limits.
Because work begins immediately on payment, deposits and print design fees are non-refundable once work has started. If work has not yet begun, contact us and we will resolve it directly.
Lead generation partnerships are governed by a separate written agreement between The MC System Group, LLC and the partner company. That agreement controls commission rates, payment terms, lead routing and duration. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of partnership, and applications are accepted at our discretion. Territory exclusivity is not offered.
You agree not to use this website to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with its operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The MC System Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services described on it. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
